Local and regional scale, the scope includes the conceptual phase to construction documents and construction administration. Design concepts are unique, preceded by in-depth research of the urban context, the local biome, history, users, and an immersion in the program with our clients.
Urban interventions range from new urban developments, urban regeneration, concepts for public spaces and their integration with private spaces, spatialization of urban legislation, the creation of green and blue infrastructure guidelines, urban mobility, and feasibility studies. Our goal is through design to support planning efforts for equitable cities under social, economic, and ecological aspects.
Environmental planning and restoration of landscapes degraded or impacted by anthropic activities such as forests, coastal areas, brownfields, rivers, streams, historical sites, among others with significant landscape and ecological attributes.
Restoring the environment means preserving fauna and flora species and contributing to the resilience of the communities we serve.
