One of the goals of the project was to offer residents of the region, visitors from all over Peru and around the world, multiple experiences through artistic facilities, interpretive stations, outdoor fitness, and hiking opportunities where they can enjoy and learn about this unique Peruvian landscape. Our goal, when designing each of the components of the park, was to create a series of small pavilions and landscape elements that will interfere very lightly on the terrain, an archaeological site. All the built structures have small construction slabs, with minimal programming such as public toilets, security checkpoints, and exhibition spaces. The idea is to complement the uses already foreseen for surrounding museums such as MUNA.
