The discreet entrance in the Jardins neighborhood reveals a laminar building, a modern, architectural project signed by Miguel Juliano while at Botti Rubin office, in 1974, construction was carried out by Yázigi in 1976. The podium building hides a secret garden from the pedestrians' eyes at the retail level. Designed by Roberto Burle Marx, the garden underwent planting changes over time. OS3 worked on the construction details based on the original drawings of Burle Marx. Similarly, we seek to rescue the plant species specified in the 70s and guide substitutions punctuate by the aesthetic harmony of the landscape and Burle Marx's vision for the composition.
