The Brooklyn neighborhood transforms every day. The user profile has changed, the urban infrastructure plus integration with the subway network brings new opportunities. The landscape design promotes dialogue between the natural environment and architecture. The conceptual parti gets inspiration from the pixel idea as the smallest unit of the landscape composition in all open spaces. Climate appropriate and native species create contrast with textures and colors combined with the design of modular planters, of various heights, which respond to the technical needs of soil depth and at the same time create a dynamic rhythm resulting in a unique identity for the entire façade. The paving pattern carries this idea of the random and unusual composition of contrasts that instigates residents, visitors, and pedestrian's perception. The public art element at the corner of Eleutério Street and Avenida Santo Amaro marks a new emblematic address in the neighborhood.
